ENH: Remove [ADDREPLY] token from delivered templates

Description
The [ADDREPLY] token/button is not needed since there is a separate link to reply (when you are authenticated).
Mark as obsolete, and map to [FORUMTOPIC:ACTIONREPLYONCLICK] (if authenticated) or [FORUM:LOGINLINK] (not authenticated)
When you are not authenticated, creating new token (FORUM:LOGINLINK] in #1107
