Update and Differentiate Docs for Evoq Only Features, Settings, etc.

## Evoq Specific Features?
Evoq specific features are mentioned or documented but don't apply to Dnn Platform. In some cases there is nothing in the wording that calls these out as being for Evoq, and therefore not applicable to Platform, even though they clearly include screens shots from Evoq (v9.2 era).

I am not really sure what the better/best path forward is here. I don't have an easy solution, but it needs some work. And wanted to open the issue in case it needs to be discussed a bit to arrive at a good solution.

Start with the linked “Add a Starting URL to Crawl List” page and compare its wording and Evoq-era screenshot with the DNN Platform feature. Review the surrounding documentation for other Evoq-only features, then define a consistent way to label, separate, or revise them so Platform readers are not misled.
