Maybe this can be done already.

Is there a way to have an Icon like a right facing arrowhead next to the Question that would switch to downward facing arrowhead while the "Answer" is shown?

Start by locating the question-and-answer rendering entry point and inspect how the Answer is shown or hidden. Confirm whether an indicator icon already exists, then implement the requested right-facing and downward-facing states; done means the icon changes consistently when the Answer is toggled.
