Implement the `JobMonitoring` application

As a user,
I want to be able to monitor my jobs, get the history of their status, their input/output sandboxes and additional parameters they acquired during their executions. I also want to follow the workflow execution and see the DAG if possible. When I submit many jobs, I also want to get a global overview of them,
So that I can easily debug my job if any issue occurs.
