### User Story
As an end user, developer, and production manager, I want the dirac executor / cwltool extension to extend cwltool with only the necessary features while remaining robust and retaining the expected behaviours of cwltool.
### Feature Description
CWL fixtures for LHCb workflows of varying complexity (sim and anaprod) should be generated by LbAPCommon and tested with `dirac-cwl-run`
