Description
WLCG is issuing the final death sentence to BDII. I think for DIRAC we can:
- enhance the GOCDB2CSAgent to get info on which CEs are available for which VO
- crawl the CEs defined in CS to get queues info - for ARC is given by `arc-info`, for HTCondor should be discovered
