Description
Current implementation only considers waterbodies within the prior lake database. More SWOT coverage can be acquired if a reservoir shape can be associated with an "observed" waterbody that is not within the PLD. Factors such as % overlap of reservoir shape and observed water body can be considered to match a reservoir with observations throughout time.
