Description

Description

We need reporting that can show “what’s being delivered by this directorate” (and associated health/confidence), not just the global view.

User story

As a directorate leader, I want to see delivery reporting for my directorate, so I can understand what is being delivered, where the risks are, and where support is needed.

Acceptance criteria
  • Reporting supports Directorate as a first-class filter and/or report grouping.
  • At least one directorate-focused report view exists (summary + drill-down list).
  • Directorates are derived from service metadata (mapping is consistent).
  • If directorate scoping is implemented, users only see their directorate.
Tasks
  • Confirm canonical list of directorates and how they map to services.
  • Add directorate filter to existing reporting pages.
  • Add directorate roll-up metrics (counts by RAG/confidence, key risks, overdue actions).
  • Add drill-down table to services within the directorate.

Research direction

Start by confirming the canonical directorate list and how directorates map to service metadata, then inspect the existing reporting pages and their current global views. Done means a directorate filter or grouping, a summary with drill-down services, roll-up metrics for RAG/confidence, risks and overdue actions, and directorate scoping where applicable.
