User story
As senior leadership, I need a dashboard showing the demand pipeline and triage throughput so I can see where bottlenecks are and how much work is entering the lifecycle.
Description
Create a dashboard summarising demand volumes, statuses, and throughput metrics over time.
Acceptance criteria
- Dashboard includes key metrics such as:
- Number of new requests in the selected period
- Average time from submission to triage decision
- Distribution of requests by portfolio / group
- Proportion of requests approved / rejected / deferred
- Includes at least one chart and one tabular summary
- Filters available for:
- Time period
- Portfolio / group
- Request type
- Dashboard respects RBAC (e.g. some users may see only their portfolio)
Non-functional
- Visualisations are accessible (text alternatives, labels, colours)
- Reasonable performance when aggregating over large datasets
