User story
As Central Ops leadership, I need a prioritised list of requests so I can plan demand and pipeline for each financial year.
Description
Create a list/table view showing demand with their priority scores and key attributes, supporting sorting and filtering.
Acceptance criteria
- View shows at least: request title, ID, portfolio, requested phase, overall priority score, statutory/legal flag, indicative resource/cost (if known)
- Users can sort by:
- Priority score
- Strategic alignment
- Statutory/legal flag
- Portfolio
- Filters available for:
- Financial year
- Portfolio / group
- Request type (e.g. new service, change, operational issue)
- View supports export to CSV/Excel (if in scope) for planning sessions
- Clicking a row opens the request detail view
Non-functional
- View performs adequately on high volumes (e.g. 2k+ records)
- Table is usable and readable with assistive technologies
