Description
User story
As a triage board member, I need a detailed view of a request, including explore findings and evidence, so I can make informed decisions.
Description
Implement a request detail page combining original request data with explore-phase summary, attachments, history and links.
Acceptance criteria
- Page shows original request fields in a readable layout
- Explore summary section includes:
- Refined problem statement
- Key user groups / beneficiaries
- Evidence and insights summary
- Options considered
- Indicative benefits and risks
- Recommended next step (e.g. Discovery, no further action, refer elsewhere)
- Links to artefacts (research reports, service maps, FIPS entries, etc.) can be added and displayed
- A status / workflow history timeline is visible
- Only authorised users can edit explore summary content; others see read-only
- Changes to explore summary are logged in audit history
Non-functional
- Page is accessible and usable on desktop and mobile
- Sensitive fields (if any) are protected by RBAC
