Create guidance explaining what the Standards Forum is, how it works, and how to participate.
Acceptance Criteria
- Guidance page explains what the Standards Forum is
- Guidance explains the purpose and goals of the Standards Forum
- Guidance explains who can participate
- Guidance explains when/where the Forum meets (schedule/location)
- Guidance explains how to join or participate
- Guidance explains what topics are discussed
- Guidance explains how Forum decisions relate to standards
- Guidance includes contact information for Forum organizers
- Guidance links to relevant COMPASS features/pages
- Content is clear and accessible
- Page uses GOV.UK Design System styling
- Page is mobile responsive
- If Forum has agenda/notes, include link to access them
