Description

Overview
When a user proceeds through the missing qualification journey to the Provide the missing qualification details for [student name] page the Select syllabus code drop-down contains no data/sections.
Users cannot proceed past this screen without selecting a syllabus code.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Navigate to DEV/QA and sign-in.
  2. Proceed through the Missing qualification journey: Check your student data > Report an issue with an exam result > Missing qualification > Whole cohort Yes/No > Enter and select student name > Select qualification details
  3. On the Provide the missing qualification details for [student name] page select the Syllabus code drop-down.
  4. Note that no selections/options display.
  5. Attempt to proceed past the page without entering a syllabus code.
  6. Note the validation of this field prohibits users from proceeding.

Research direction

No files or tests are named. Reproduce the missing qualification journey in DEV/QA, then trace how the syllabus-code options are loaded for the “Provide the missing qualification details” page. Done means the drop-down displays available sections and users can select a syllabus code and continue.
