Description
The process to close a Checking Exercise early. Manually runs the process that an auto closure runs (and the temp Close Window button does now), ie:
- send submitted unconfirmed tickets to zendesk
- change the status of the Change Requests sent.
The Zendesk part does not need to happen for Results Enquiry Checking Exercises see #414
