Description
Why is this happening, how is it happening; fix. Additionally, in such events where we get these kinds of error the logs should direct us to what and where the error is.
@giannatan , @Cassiebastress. @JoyfulGen , I have tagged y'all in case you have also seen this. I've seen this error a couple times, but now am seeing it more often than I am not, which is no bueno.
