(m-l)[bug][UX]: users will be prompted to select an annotation to enter the IC from the project page, but are given no other guidance

This phase could perhaps trigger a minor tutorial, once a user has arrived at the IC for the first time? If they are already "inside" (e.g., proceed with manual correction) they won't need this, but the first time they return to the project page, it would be immensely helpful for a tutorial or guidance to appear, introducing the user to the generated files tab and pointing out what they need to know.
