Test full mothra pipeline on Kaiatonsera print chant manuscript

## Background
I have already tested the mothra-text pipeline in isolation on [Kaiatonsera](https://library.si.edu/digital-library/book/kaiatonserateier00main) with CATMuS-Print Large OCR model and both with/without masking and this [issue](https://github.com/DDMAL/mothra-text/issues/41) documents that test. This manuscript is not on CantusDB so I will run in OCR-only mode. We saw slightly better results for this manuscript on mothra-text when running without masking.

## Full Pipeline
We want to go through the whole OMR process on this print manuscript and report on how the results look and how the text results compare to mothra-text output. Now that mothra landing has been debugged to match performance of mothra-text, I predict we will see similar results as in this [issue](https://github.com/DDMAL/mothra-text/issues/41).
