Description
Some Minnan text containing specific diacritic combinations does not display correctly in the UI, even though the underlying characters are valid. For example, in words like Kó͘-chhoe (the second character) or oo-ta̍t-á, the character a̍ (a + vertical dot) fails to render properly.
When the text is copied and pasted elsewhere, it displays correctly, indicating this is a display/ rendering issue, not a data problem.
Would appreciate help identifying whether this is a font fallback issue, missing font support, or text-rendering limitation in the current UI.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the issue in the UI with the examples Kó͘-chhoe and oo-ta̍t-á, then inspect how the current interface handles font fallback and text rendering. Done means the Minnan diacritics render correctly in the UI while copied text remains unchanged and correct.
