Do we want to implement a tagging structure to the items we feature on UMIL to enhance search?

I'm thinking here about how our users—and us, in future—may not have a deep familiarity with the Hornbostel Sachs classification system down to nine or twelve levels, nor with the Dewey Decimal system it based its number sequencing off of. In this regard, I'm thinking back to the last Linked Music project meeting where this was brought up; do we want to feature tags on items based on their features to enable users to find say, all brass instruments in UMIL?

This data is already present in Wikidata for some intruments via P186 (made from material), which could be imported with instruments/connected to existing instruments in our database. the HBS number itself can help populate this information; the first level/class number (1, 2, 3, 4, 5) would let us immediately apply a tag of "strings/stringed" "reed" etc., and extensions (-5, -6 in the case of a guitar: 321.322-5-6) let us immediately grab "strummed" and "picked".
