Description
In other words, when is an instrument "different enough" to be a new instrument entry by a user.
For consideration:
How does evolutionary biology consider these taxonomic considerations?
How do related fields, such as archaeology and art history, distinguish between artifacts and styles (typologies)?
What will benefit our users; how can we make a clear guidance for this for the lexicon?
