Change naming/folder scheme of Results Packager

When you download the results of a workflow run, each page has its own subfolder and every job has a folder INSIDE that folder. The results, all labelled "result.png", are therefore in folders two levels deep and are not uniquely named.

We should redevelop the packager so that results are contained in one folder and offer a naming schema that the user can assign when creating the results package.
