[Interactive Classifier] Build artifacts should not be committed to repository

Description
We should avoid committing build artifacts/docs to the repository since it pollutes the commit history and makes pull requests more complicated. One option is to modify the Dockerfile so that IC frontend is built from source during Docker image creation.
