In Workflow Run page, it's unclear what elements are clickable

On the Workflow Run page, there are links/buttons to display "Resources" and "Run Jobs". Currently, when Resources are being displayed, "Resources" is underlined and "Run Jobs" isn't (see screenshot). This confuses me - when I see underlined text, I expect it to be clickable, but in this case, clicking on the underlined text has no effect.


Instead of the formatting seen in the screenshot, can the currently selected thing be bolded instead? Can the non-selected thing be blue (to make it look like a link), and can it change somehow when it's moused over (slightly different colour, or underlined) to show it can be interacted with?
