Description

As the title says: at times, when opening Pixel sometimes not all layers show up once the Pixel logo has been clicked, and the tutorial closed. Sometimes this can manifest as all layers being absent, other times only one or two layers being present. Closing Pixel and reopening corrects and clears the behavior.

It seems to be a loading issue, and I'm reminded of the previously encountered #1206, except that the images do eventually open just fine, instead of purely being a size issue. Putting "Minor" label on this, as it is not a blocking or breaking bug and is easily moved past, just one that could cause some accidental pixel labeling where it is not needed.

Screen recordings of the behavior to come, from either Gen or I as we encounter it/go through Pixel next.

Research direction

No file, test, or entry point is identified in the issue. First reproduce the problem by opening Pixel on successive runs, clicking the Pixel logo, and closing the tutorial; compare which layers appear and verify that reopening Pixel consistently loads every layer.
