`MEI encoding` should do semantic checks:
- [ ] invalid `zone` (all zeros: #1116, #643, zones not linked with any elements: #1117 )
- [ ] `neume` without any `nc`
- [ ] `syllable` without any `neume`
- [ ] `accid` and `divLine` inside empty `syllable`
- [ ] invalid linked syllable
- [ ] invalid oblique
