If you put quotation marks in the title of a resource it disappears from the detail page but shows up in the listing

Image shows the thing. You are unable to add quotation marks to a label, but if you add something in quotes to a resource title in the detail page and then save the resource, the quotation marks and the word disappear. The word and quotes will show up in the resource listing, however. You also can't search for quotation marks.

All this to say, maybe we should prevent quotation marks from being added to titles as well as labels.
