Going to a new page does not reset the scroll bar

When going through the pages in resources, whether in the run jobs window or in the resources tab, if you've scrolled to the bottom of the window and then clicked the 'next page' button, it will maintain your position at the bottom of the screen instead of moving you back to the top of the list.
