"Help" goes nowhere?

Description
Logged in view of Rodan, bottom left corner is a handy little box labelled "Help". Selected, it portrays a popups recommending to visit a link (http://ddmal.github.io/rodan-client/) and "Clint admin: ".
Re: #1129 do we want to link the E2E documents here?
Inside the link, 'Rodan-client' , has various links among which are: 'Installation', "Configuration', 'User Manual' (Which is empty), 'Development Manual' (which doesn't link to our github page, though says it does), and 'Contact', (which points to the SIMSSA.ca/people/ page).
In general- update this link to point to the E2E documentation page? (which can be found through the ddmal.music.mcgill.ca > Software > Rodan).
