Rodan production slow to load resources

Description
During last Friday's meeting, I said that rodan wasn't working. I was mistaken! I am sorry. The problem seems to be that if I click on "Resources" before doing anything else, rodan slows wayyyyy down and appears to freeze completely. If I click on anything else, like "Workflows" or "Run Jobs" and give rodan a second to warm up, it functions just fine.
