Adapt glossary to browser zoom level

Description
The tutorial and glossary pop-ups do not appear in a user-friendly way when browser zoom is used. It would be tasteful to adapt them in such a way that they remain read-able even with browser-zoom (which is expected to be used often by users for the sake of accuracy).
