Brush circumference UI toggle between black and white (depending on background)

When the background is dark, the brush circle should become white and if the background does not enter that certain threshold of darkness, the brush circle should stay black.

The issue right now is that the circle is always black and therefore sometimes cannot be seen anymore when colouring in a note, for example, which is a dark colour.
