update requirement.txt?

Description
I noticed that in v2.0.3, used for Rodan, the OpenCV version differs in requirement.txt.
The current main branch is `opencv-python==3.4.2.17` while in v2.0.3 it is `opencv-python==4.6.0.66`.
Should we update main or use the newer version only in the tag for Rodan separately?
