Description
Hello, I am following up on a conversation with Eric and Damien about the additional-mask flag.
1. In the documentation, it would be helpful to specify explicitly that the additional-mask flag can only take .txt file inputs (rather than .conc file inputs like many other flags).
2. In the future (not urgent), it could be useful to adjust the code to allow for the additional-mask flag to accept .conc files of the .txt inputs.
