Add option to assign QC score for flagged images

not high priority, but just wanted to add as a future to do item: currently when images are flagged, it doesn't allow you to assign a QC score, so if you're only looking at the downloaded results, it's not clear that the image was flagged for presumably some serious issue. allow users to still assign QC score if they want
