Figure out more elegant solution for handling files used in multiple stages of the pipeline

### A short summary of what you would like to see in BIBSnet.

example: files needed from prebibsnet for postbibsnet are currently copied to the postbibsnet working directory at the end of the prebibsnet stage. would it make more sense to copy the prebibsnet files needed at the beginning of postbibsnet instead, or perhaps not copy the files at all and just reference the files located in the prebibsnet directory?
