Can't download the pretrained audio encoder

I tried to train on my custom data, but met some problems. I was unable to download the pre-trained audio decoder. It seems that there are some issues with the link.


Start by reproducing the pretrained audio encoder download while setting up training on custom data, then inspect the download link and the error shown in the attached screenshot. Done means the pretrained audio encoder can be downloaded successfully and custom-data training can proceed.
