Description
1. When invoke-toolkit is installed with `uv tool install` it dependencies won't show in the editor
2. We can create an ad-hoc venv for it taking advantage of uv cache
3. This could be an extension command.
4. This could be addressed with a temporary VENV passed as an environment variable... but may depend on each editor
