Description

```
Suggest a configuration check to test uname -r against known bad kernels and
warn the user that they are on a potentially troublesome kernel, such as:
On this platform you can run core as a normal user.
Warning: configure detected that you are running the 2.6.34 kernel, which is known to have issues; consult this URL for details.
Related to this, the NamespaceKernels wiki page doesn't seem to be well linked
from the FAQ, troubleshooting, or other wiki pages; suggest to link from the
"Linux" and "Namespaces" pages.
