disable start stop button double-click

On a certain Dell M4500 laptop, the touchpad left mouse button keeps
double-clicking. This is annoying when you press the start/stop button. Maybe
the start/stop button could be temporarily disabled, then re-enabled using an
after script to prevent double-clicking.

Start at the start/stop button handler and trace how an after script could temporarily disable and re-enable it. Reproduce the Dell M4500 double-click behavior if possible, then verify that one press performs one start/stop action while the button becomes usable again afterward.
