Description
操作步骤：
1.我给adapter的itemView设置tag
2.调adapter的notifyItemRangeRemoved方法移除部分itemView后
3.调用再调getViewByPosition获取itemView.getTag拿到的tag不对，应该拿到的itemView是移除之前的itemView
