cyclonedx-linux-x64 incompatibility with docker:stable image for github pipeline integration

Integration of cyclonedx-linux-x64 in github pipeline using docker:stable image is failing as the image underlying os of alpine linux is not compatible with cyclonedx-linux-x64, please provide a solution for this use case, we need docker in the image to process trivy scans first and then convert the cyclonedx formatted json out put from trivy scans to csv using the cyclonedx cli.
