CycloneDX 2.5.1 Throwing this new issue and BOM not getting created

Since the Cyclonedx has been updated to version 2.5.1. I have started to get this error. Its still working fine if I go with 2.3.0 version. Do you know what can cause this error. I am doing the BOM creation on azure pipelines
