Analyze the possibility to integrate a RAG system to generate responses

### Objective
If exist, the possibility of creating a corpus of public/private information of **UniPutumayo**, the RAG can be a nice try to automatice certain types of responses. This feature can be implemented how a third-party service provides by us in a language how python or go
