Problem: as of 12/15/2022, new uploads in Minio "wildcats" bucket collection are not appearing globally in the application.

**Describe the bug**
as of 12/15/2022, new uploads in Minio "wildcats" bucket collection ID Collection ID # 564edca0-6238-4164-8e1e-ea660c93cb56 are visible as a successful upload from the admin minio site, and it is visible from the user who did the uploads (on 12/12 and 12/10); however, they are not visible on the sparcd app for other users to analyze.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Upload in personal collection
2. see if it appears in a second collection to be analyzed
