Need functionality to clear species list

Description
There is a species.json file that is loaded the first time a user opens the application. This file is not cleared each time the application is opened. With the current system, existing list cannot be changed with admin assistance.
A button/option is needed to clear the json species so edits and multiple lists can be utilized.
