Tagger: Have Focus button only show the image, image adjustments, and zoom & add prev/next controls

When tagging images, having as large an image as possible while seeing the species is desirable. The image adjustments are also needed, but nothing else on the no-Focus page are.

Since the list of images is being removed, having previous and next navigation buttons allows the user to move through the images and tag them. Having the left- and right-arrow buttons hooked up to the next and previous navigation greatly assists in navigation while tagging images

This means that the user would have to exit Focus mode to return to the Uploader when tagging before upload
