Description

There isn't a way to find a particular image or set of images by filtering. We need to add a filtering feature that will allow users to filter by partial file name, a species (common and scientific names, and portions of names - eg: ja), or portion of a date.

Acceptance criteria:
- The text search should filter on the file name and species and timestamp for matches unless the user indicates a restricted search
- The user should also be able to filter in/out untagged images exclusively
- The use should be able to filter by year, month, day, hour, minute individually or with more than one of these

This relates to all Species Identifier User Stories starting with [Anita](https://github.com/CulverLab/sparcd-requirements/wiki/User-Stories#species-identifier-1--anita)
