Explorer: there are species and locations in images that are not in the "official" lists

We need to have a separate list of species and locations that are not in the "official" lists so that they are available to explorer selection lists.

They can be found by looking at the CSV files and/or the image's EXIF data

Review the CSV files and image EXIF data first to identify species and locations absent from the official lists. Trace where the Explorer selection lists are defined, then add a separate source for these non-official values. Done means every discovered species and location is available for Explorer selection without changing the official lists.
