[Feature Request] Start monero-wallet-rpc

Would it be possible to have a simple ui to start `monero-wallet-rpc` with the necessary cmd line args as user text fields? Combined with the i2p android app this should make it possible to turn any android device into a hidden rpc server that could connect to a remote monerod as well. Use case would be for [himitsu](https://github.com/hyahatiph-labs/infosec/tree/main/himitsu) android app. *For the browser extension I'm working on using prokurilo auth server since it requires monero-wallet-rpc with `--rpc-login-disabled`
