Animated Stock Ticker

This element is buggy, the animation could be timed better or on 'linear infinite' but mostly it just needs the full functionality of displaying our desired cryptos in the element.

- need to have the desired elements inside
- needs to be formatted and styled
- need to keep in mind (eventually) this ticker should display the user's current portfolio items
- if user is a visiter: display trending cryptos or just the top market cap cryptos

I think the ticker should be much smaller and position:fixed; to the top or bottom of the page, actually maybe have some kind of market news ticker that displays headlines too maybe.

Either way, where it currently is is blocking where the market category should be, 'Top 100 by Market Cap: Ethereum Ecosystem'
or something depending on what blockchain is being viewed
